graded vesting: страх., эк. тр. ступенчатое наделение правами [резервирование прав\]* (разновидность резервирования пенсионных прав работников, при которой после работы в компании в течение определенного периода работник приобретает права на получение некоторой доли пенсионных выплат, по истечении следующего периода причитающаяся работнику доля увеличивается и т. д. до тех пор, пока работник не получит полные права на пенсионные выплаты; напр., если работник уволится, отработав более года, но менее трех лет, то он получит право на 20% от пенсии, если работник уволится, отработав более трех, но менее 6 лет, то он получит право на 40% от пенсии и т. д.)
